Photo Editing 101 with Cassie will take place April 25th from 5-7 p.m. here at the studio.  2117 Broadway, Cape Girardeau.    Cost is $99 per attendee.

So we’ve had a ton of calls from clients who missed our Chicks and Bunnies Limited Edition Day last week.  SO, since I don’t want any of my sweet little ones to miss out on the fun of playing with the little bunnies and chicks, I’m opening up a day just for those who missed.  This will be a no appointment necessary, walk-in only event.  It will begin at 12 noon on April 5th and end at 6 p.m. that day.  Just dress up your little one and show up anytime between those hours of 12 and 6 to get them photographed for Easter.  Collections start at only $25.00!  Please call the studio if you have any questions about this fun Easter event!  573-803-0565

So I had the amazing opportunity to be commissioned to photograph Senator Santorum a few weeks ago.  Seriously, I was a bit starstruck!  And all that secret service stuff you see on TV and in the movies…it’s for real!  Here are a few images from a fabulous get together with Mr. Rick Santorum.

And this sweet little face reminds me of how swiftly time moves.  This little one is 3 years young and full of so much life and curiousity.  She has the entire world ahead of her and much living to do.  So today I am reminded to be curious and stop to smile at the smallest of happenings.  Because no matter your age, we should all look at the world through the eyes of a child.   Much love…

It’s that time of year again!  I’m off to Las Vegas to attend WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International).  While most of the thousands of photographers will be attending classes, I will be working the tradeshow booth for my super fabulous photo lab American Color Imaging!   The Vegas tradeshow is a whirlwind of meeting great new people and networking with some of the best photographers from all over the world.  Not to mention, getting to network with all the other awesome vendors and entrepreneurs at the event.  So even though I don’t get to attend the classes I always seem to meet someone who ends up changing my world for the better!  So “Sin City” here I come!  I’m ready to meet great people, have some fantastic meals, and work for the best lab in the country!  While I’m gone though don’t worrry, the girls will be here keeping the studio running smoothly.  So if you need to place an order or book a session or just want someone to answer your questions, Cassie and Janice will be here to take care of you!  Don’ t forget we’re booking now for Chicks and Bunnies too!  Much Love…

Wow, Easter is swiftly approaching and we are now booking for our annual Chicks and Bunnies Limited Edition Day!  This year Chicks and Bunnies will take place Saturday March 17th and you’ll have plenty of time to get your portraits in by Easter.   This day always books up quickly so call the studio as soon as you can to book your appointment.  There will be lots of Easter sets to choose from and of course we’ll have chicks and bunnies too!  Collections starting at $75.00.  Call 573-803-0565 to book your session.

Wow, I’m still trying to clean up after the amazing Girls Night Out!  Seriously that is the biggest crowd I’ve ever had in here!  If we counted correctly, we had right at 100 people walk through the doors!  I’m so lucky to have so many amazing friends and clients!  I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who came and enjoyed a little shopping, food, drinks and fun!  Congratulations to our Canon Rebel winnner Lenell Hahn and our Kids Club winner Michelle Putty!  Again, I’ll be posting all the photos from the event soon but here are a few from our fun photobooth to give you a taste of what the night was like!   Until next year…

Oh and can you believe it, I’ve already begun putting easter hats on my teeny newborns.  Just thought this one by Tri-Bec Creations was SUPER cute!
